“Web Designer”

The Web Designer position will meet the needs of the organization’s website efforts. Ideally, the volunteer web designer will provide ideas and techniques for a sound online presence for ACAD and its programs, as well as establish a sound online web forum and create an online manuscript for our Literature Review page. The web designer will also conduct regular updates and process minute edits to the website as needed.

“Resource Developer”

The role of the Resource Developer is to contribute to the direction of our programs with a particular attention to detail, editing, fundraising, fund development, draft proposal, and research. The ideal Resource Developer can support our programs with a range of activities, including but not limited to fundraising, in kind donations, collaboration ideas, partnership proposals and of course, resource development.

“Literary Contributor”

The role of the Literary Contributor is to maintain and add to our growing base of literature on racism and discrimination. This volunteer opportunity includes reading and critiquing literary work and helping in the determination process when it comes to adding these fine works onto our “Literature” section. We prefer this volunteer to have a strong grasp of modern and historical literature and a dedication to contribute to the development of these pieces for ACAD now and in the near future.
